					I echo the many positive reviews given by others. They first tried to troubleshoot the problem over the telephone and save me the cost of a service call. When that was not successful, they were able to provide the service the same day, immediately determined the problem and made the repair. I would not hesitate to use them again!

					Excellent!!!! Before Nick even showed up he spent 15 minutes on the phone with me to see if he could fix it remotely without charging me????? I couldn't believe it, a truly honest, honest person. He ended up coming by and repairing it for me quickly, efficiently and reasonably priced. I'll only go to Austin Air from now on for all my HVAC needs, I've been through the mill through the years but finding Nick was truly a stroke of luck. Can' t recommend him enough, Great!

					They arrived on time - did a complete run through on the furnace and told me it was in good stead and did not need to be replaced. I had another company tell me that I needed to buy a new furnace. They also changed the filter for me.

					They arrived on time. Installed the new furnace and it looks beautiful! Nick kept me updated on his progress throughout the installation. The area he worked in was spotless when he was all done. They even left an extra filter so I won't have to search for one when I change it next year!

					This company left me with such a positive impression for a number of reasons! a) Nick and the assistant he brought to bid the job were very personable and trustworthy individuals. They answer the phone, call you back and show up on time. And they're NICE! I know...it's crazy, right? b) They gave me a very reasonable bid. c) They did great work and you can tell they take pride in their work. What?! >mind blown< d) When my contractor told us we should we replace our A/C, we asked Nick for a bid. He was very honest and told us our unit had a number of years left on it and they there was no reason to jump into a new unit. He's right, it's working just fine, even with the extra SQF. Any service that gives you honesty over $'s is a GEM. 100% recommend to my friends with no qualms and have done so repeatedly. Sorry it took me so long to write this review! I only remembered to do it because I'm calling them again for another project. Enough said.

					It went great! Nick was easy to communicate with and showed up exactly on time. Nick is a young, easy-going guy who is very excited about customer satisfaction and growing his business. He was friendly and willing to go the extra mile. He was honest about the status of my HVAC system and was not interested in recommending extra, unnecessary work. He gave me his professional opinion on the state of my system and advice on how to do some repairs myself. 					He removed the existing thermostat and saw that there was still 24 V coming into the thermostat, so the thermostat had to be replaced. He replaced it with a programmable thermostat. It took about 20 minutes total. He came about 3 hr after I first called him, during a heat wave when he was probably really busy. He was prompt.

					Mr. Austin was very professional about checking the unit. He also checked the compressor to make sure that it was working properly. He installed a new thermostat that didn't require any batteries like the old Honeywell did. It was a fast project, maybe 10 minutes. He showed me the workings and how to program it or not. He was a great example of a hard worker and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I will certainly use this company for any future needs.

					Due to the nature of the attic framing and wiring the project was more complicated than it seemed initially, but Nick persevered and did a great job. He had to spend considerably more time and did not ask for more money than the original estimate. He is very conscientious about the quality of his work and seems to enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done. He was pleasant to work with and kept us regularly updated about the progress of the work. If summers get too hot we'll have him back to install air conditioning.

					I spent the entire summer gathering proposals for a new heater and air conditioner. Although Austin Air's pricing wasn't the absolute lowest, it was still very competitive. Nick is very knowledgeable and courteous. His proposal was prompt and he explained the system thoroughly and simply. He didn't try to oversell and he understood what we needed. At the end of summer, we decided to go with Austin Air. We couldn't be happier with the system! Any follow up questions were quickly answered. We weren't "nickeled and dimed". I was pleased, the City inspector was pleased and, most importantly, my husband was pleased! I would gladly provide a recommendation for Austin Air!

					My tenant said the heater wasn't working. I called Austin Air and Nick the owner responded immediately. Although he was not able to make it out to the property the day I called he stayed in touch with me letting me know as his availability changed. He went to the property the following day, and worked on the heater. Apparently it was a minor thing that was not working, he fixed it and called me to tell me it was fixed and there was no charge. Wow....I was so impressed by this type of service and communication. Rare in this day to find honest, responsible and reliable workers. Thank you Nick and Austin Air!!

					Heating unit was not working the previous evening, but began to work about 30 minutes before Nick arrived. Nick arrived promptly and surveyed the thermostat and heating unit. He determined that the switch was sticking and that the sliding doors needed to be aligned properly. After he aligned the doors, I offered to pay him something for his service call, but he refused. He seems very honest. I would definitely call on him again.

					Nick, the owner of Austin Air came to our house and gave us a free estimate of what the job would cost us and gave us a full description of the different options we had. Once we decided on the option we wanted to go with, he was ready to start the job. He is very professional and flexible with his schedule. He did the whole job himself with the help of one other person. He was able to answer our questions along the way. Once the job was complete, he checked to make sure everything was running well. A few days later we had an issue with one of the units making a funny noise but Nick was able to come over right away and fix it. Overall, we are very satisfied with our new system!

					Nick is the owner of this business, which he named after his son. and he's a heck of a nice guy. Honest, professional, hardworking, prompt, quick-working, and when it comes to dealing with ventilation systems, a perfectionist. He's also reasonably priced--I know because I sought other bids. After he finished installing two new air conditioning units, he came back a week later (driving some 30 miles each way) to walk me through how to use the system. I'd hire him and his company again in a hot second if I needed more work done. These people take pride in their work!

					Nick and crew installed a mini split for me and not knowing much about these things Nick made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything and even taught me how to use the remote control which is simple I know but I'm not the best at these types of things. The remote is a piece of cake! Nick stands behind his work - 1 year labor and 10 years parts. Fantastic! I can't say enough wonderful things about Austin Air. I've got to say, I paid for the installation and mini split in advance and Nick was quick to tell me I should pay afterwards and he immediately refunded my credit card. Nick is completely honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend Austin Air for your purchase and maintenance needs.

					I called Austin Air yesterday to have my AC/heat serviced, and Jesus from Austin Air arrived punctually the next day. He could not have been nicer or more helpful in every way, even offering tips on how to keep my system running clean going forward. Jesus is a man of integrity, and he got the job done very quickly and efficiently. I am very impressed with his work, as he even went the extra mile to cheerfully take apart and vacuum the inside of my air vents. I will always call Austin Air in the future for all my servicing needs. Great service, Jesus!

					Nick and Chris were absolutely amazing! Polite, professional, and honest. Nick came on a short notice call, and was able to diagnose my heater issue. He gave me serval options and was honest and fair about each one. Service/people like Nick and Chris are hard to come by. I trust them 100%! 					Outstanding Service from Austin Air!!! Nick and his crew (Chris) just upgraded our 15 year old Carrier A/C with a new 5-ton York highest efficiency two stage system and matching indoor coil with txv and a new ColorTouch Thermostat. Nick and crew were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and they worked incredibly hard in our hot attic to remove our old equipment and install the new. Everything Nick promised in the estimate was completed, on time, and our central air (heating and cooling) is working beautifully. Nick is honest, knowledgeable and a reliable Heating and AC professional and addressed all my concerns during the install. I would Highly recommend you call Austin Air first if your looking for that cost effective and reliable solution!

					Nick is awesome!!! I am an electrical contractor and deal with a lot of trades. I was on a job walk and was introduced to nick and we started chatting about scheduling programs and I felt like this guy was a stand up honest A/C guy. My buddy was selling his house and he now lives out of the area so I was helping him out with his electrical inspection and happened to be there when the first A/C guy was looking at the FAU. I'm no dummy and when he was telling me all the stuff that needed to be done I was thinking this guy is trying to take advantage of my friend for over 9,000.00 dollars. So I called my friend and asked if I could call Nick and have him look at it and he said I trust you. So nick meet me at his house and checked the system and all it needed was a new transformer. So it was a 250.00 dollar job. I will always refer him to my customers hands down for honesty, integrity, and communication. Thanks Nick

					If you're searching for a reputable, highly ethical, experienced HVAC company, I recommend Austin Air! On a recent troubleshooting job, I had two companies come to my house in Camarillo to inspect. The first company told me I needed to replace my transformer, my circuit board, and my condenser/coil units. When I got a second opinion from Nick with Austin Air, he started off by replacing the transformer and then moved onto the other components to inspect them. Ultimately, it was just the transformer that was at fault so I avoided some very costly repairs/replacements to everything else. Phew! Because of this, I'll be sure to refer as many of my friends as possible to Austin Air for their work. Also, I'll be sure that when the time comes to replace the costly equipment, to use Austin Air for the work! Thanks Nick! Zach

					Austin Air is the most reliable and honest service that I have ever had provide service for me. Contrary to Pacific Electric that replaced the fuse box. And charged me $900.00 Nick will be the person to take care of my heating and air conditioning. I highly recommend this company.

					I've had the pleasure to work with Nick several times now. The first time was when I lived in Camarillo and was having issues with my A/C unit. He fixed it up in no time and told me how to keep it up and running. The secvond time was when I worked for a large day care facility and the A/C there just went out. He was there in a few hours and fixed the problem as well as offered the manager some helpful advice about why this problem was happening in the first place. Even though the units needed replacing, he didn't pressure her AT ALL. That's his style. He just tells it like it is and lets you decide. When I bought my house 2 years ago, the furnace was spewing bad stuff. He came out and gave me a really good price that included new ducting. He was done in no time and my new furnace works great! After a really hot year I decided to get A/C and he gave me a great deal that included a smart thermostat. Now I'm ready for the summer. The installation is beautiful and the unit looks like it's meant to be there. I recommend him to all my friends and hope you use him, too!

					Bottom line is, call these guys first. Nick is professional, knowledgeable practical and customer oriented. He even fixed a vent in my office at no additional cost after I explained the problem I was having. He will not try and up charge you or talk you into something you don't need because he has integrity, is honest and cares. My ac went out today. So I called a few AC companies and was hung up on and laughed at by another. Why waste your energy on other guys who treat you this way, especially when it's 100 degrees out?

					I just want to say what a wonderful person Nick is. Austin Air is superior. Our control panel for our air conditioner wasn't working. And our house got really hot. I called Nick, and asked if he could come out to look at the problem. Despite him being completely booked, he came out, and fixed the problem. A transformer was blown and melted. He fixed it, despite the high temperatures in the attic. I highly recommend Austin Air to anyone who needs an air conditioner or heating unit. The prices are very reasonable. And you'll get excellent service. Thank you Nick.

					Nick from Austin air is far and away the most honest and trustworthy company Ive dealt with. Came soooo hight recommended by multiple students I just had to go with him. Did not disappoint!! Some shady companies out there….. this is not one! I appreciate all he did to get our air going in the middle of summer at a martial arts school for kids! Above and beyond for sure!!!!

					This is my second time using Austin Air Heating & Air Conditioning. I had such a great first experience at my home that when my air conditioning at my work went out, I did not hesitate to call them back. They were able to come out quickly, diagnose the problem, and give several options for repair. Upon deciding on the repair, they came out quickly and fixed the problem. 					Austin Air came out to look at my three units and found one of the units were unresponsive, he did his testing and found a few parts like, the motherboard or control board was not responding to his testing, he made some calls and found out that the unit had some recall and also the part that was bad was under warranty. All I was charged was his original service call plus the labor to replace bad parts. Nick from Austin Air was honest and reliable and easy to talk too, and the awesome part was that I didn't feel like I was being lied to like I was from prior Company *** Elite that told me that I had 3 bad units and he replace 3 capacitors charged all units with freon. I was billed for the repairs because I'm a company that was being serviced, I was shocked when I saw his bill so I went to the units and looked to see if what I was being charged for was done, I'm a handing a guy and know a thing or two. Found only one new capacitor, long story short is use Austin Air for your HVAC. 100% Quality work!

					Nick Jackson installed the Coleman furnace in my mobile home several years ago, and recently responded to my request to check the furnace and replace the original thermostat. Because this was a follow up to his original installation of the furnace, he did not charge either for the check up or for the defective thermostat replacement. Great service and stands behind his work.

					Nick was so kind and easy to work with! He SAVED me over $1000!! Had a couple other companies come take a look and they all came to the same conclusion….The compressor died. I needed a whole new one. However, Nick was the only one who called the maker of my compressor, found out it was under warranty still, dealt with the warranty company and got a new replaced for me!! I of course had to pay for the labor fees, but because the compressor was under warranty there was no cost for the part! Highly recommend Austin Air!

					My mother doesn't speak English very well but the gentleman who went to help us was easy to understand and very polite. They were able to fix our problem fast and at a very affordable price. Someone else didn't even give us the option Austin Air did and wanted to charge over 1k to replace the part that needed replacing and extra parts that didn't necessarily need replacing at the moment.

					We hired Nick of Austin Air to install a new mini-split system to provide some much needed cooling in our 1924 home in Santa Paula. His estimate was competitive, he was able to schedule us quickly and performed the work in less time than quoted. He responded quickly to any questions/requests and he and his son did an amazing job and left my home clean and cool. 					After receiving many quotes from just about every company in ventura county we decided to go with Austin air which there price was not only the lowest, I knew from the beginning that this guy was honest and very knowledgeable so the job is now complete and we are so pleased he did a fantastic job, the inspector also came and said what an amazing job, the system works perfect and Nick measured and sized it properly for our home he also registered the equipment for us this company is absolutely outstanding, very respectful they wore boot covers and used drop cloths Thank you! so much Austin air could not be more happy!
