Austin Air Heating & Air Conditioning plays a mission critical role in new construction projects. We’re responsible for making sure your project is equipped with energy efficient systems and proper ventilation. We assist builders in design, planning, installation and regular maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems.

Complete System Design

We’ll provide load calculations to determine the right system needed to heat and cool your building project. We’ll look at total square feet, building layout, insulation, and expected occupancy. Using our calculations, we’ll design a HVAC system that’s energy efficient and properly heats, cools, and ventilates your construction project.

Install HVAC Systems and Air Ducts

We’ll install heating and air conditioning systems, complete all duct-work, thermostat according to manufacturer specifications.

We’ll work with builders and contractors to meet the project’s budget and requirements. Austin Air will also work with our vendors to procure the best equipment at the best prices possible.

System Testing

Once we’ve completed your system installation we’ll test the HVAC system for proper functionality, refrigerant levels, airflow, and safety features.

Commissioning and Warranty Registration:

Our contractors will complete the commisioning process to ensure that your HVAC system is fully functional. We’ll also register your equipment with the manufacturer’s warranty department to cover any equipment defects or malfunctions.

					I called Austin Air yesterday to have my AC/heat serviced, and Jesus from Austin Air arrived punctually the next day. He could not have been nicer or more helpful in every way, even offering tips on how to keep my system running clean going forward. Jesus is a man of integrity, and he got the job done very quickly and efficiently. I am very impressed with his work, as he even went the extra mile to cheerfully take apart and vacuum the inside of my air vents. I will always call Austin Air in the future for all my servicing needs. Great service, Jesus!

					I’d give 10 stars if I could, Nick Jackson is incredible. Our ac stopped cooling just as the summer heat is kicking up. Called 14 places with no response.. one phone call to Austin air and a few hours later Nick had our ac issue resolved! knowledgeable and professional Very much appreciated!!

					Nick was so kind and easy to work with! He SAVED me over $1000!! Had a couple other companies come take a look and they all came to the same conclusion….The compressor died. I needed a whole new one. However, Nick was the only one who called the maker of my compressor, found out it was under warranty still, dealt with the warranty company and got a new replaced for me!! I of course had to pay for the labor fees, but because the compressor was under warranty there was no cost for the part! Highly recommend Austin Air!

					Nick is awesome!!! I am an electrical contractor and deal with a lot of trades. I was on a job walk and was introduced to nick and we started chatting about scheduling programs and I felt like this guy was a stand up honest A/C guy. My buddy was selling his house and he now lives out of the area so I was helping him out with his electrical inspection and happened to be there when the first A/C guy was looking at the FAU. I'm no dummy and when he was telling me all the stuff that needed to be done I was thinking this guy is trying to take advantage of my friend for over 9,000.00 dollars. So I called my friend and asked if I could call Nick and have him look at it and he said I trust you. So nick meet me at his house and checked the system and all it needed was a new transformer. So it was a 250.00 dollar job. I will always refer him to my customers hands down for honesty, integrity, and communication. Thanks Nick

					This company left me with such a positive impression for a number of reasons! a) Nick and the assistant he brought to bid the job were very personable and trustworthy individuals. They answer the phone, call you back and show up on time. And they're NICE! I know...it's crazy, right? b) They gave me a very reasonable bid. c) They did great work and you can tell they take pride in their work. What?! >mind blown< d) When my contractor told us we should we replace our A/C, we asked Nick for a bid. He was very honest and told us our unit had a number of years left on it and they there was no reason to jump into a new unit. He's right, it's working just fine, even with the extra SQF. Any service that gives you honesty over $'s is a GEM. 100% recommend to my friends with no qualms and have done so repeatedly. Sorry it took me so long to write this review! I only remembered to do it because I'm calling them again for another project. Enough said.

					After receiving many quotes from just about every company in ventura county we decided to go with Austin air which there price was not only the lowest, I knew from the beginning that this guy was honest and very knowledgeable so the job is now complete and we are so pleased he did a fantastic job, the inspector also came and said what an amazing job, the system works perfect and Nick measured and sized it properly for our home he also registered the equipment for us this company is absolutely outstanding, very respectful they wore boot covers and used drop cloths Thank you! so much Austin air could not be more happy!

					Due to the nature of the attic framing and wiring the project was more complicated than it seemed initially, but Nick persevered and did a great job. He had to spend considerably more time and did not ask for more money than the original estimate. He is very conscientious about the quality of his work and seems to enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done. He was pleasant to work with and kept us regularly updated about the progress of the work. If summers get too hot we'll have him back to install air conditioning.

					I spent the entire summer gathering proposals for a new heater and air conditioner. Although Austin Air's pricing wasn't the absolute lowest, it was still very competitive. Nick is very knowledgeable and courteous. His proposal was prompt and he explained the system thoroughly and simply. He didn't try to oversell and he understood what we needed. At the end of summer, we decided to go with Austin Air. We couldn't be happier with the system! Any follow up questions were quickly answered. We weren't "nickeled and dimed". I was pleased, the City inspector was pleased and, most importantly, my husband was pleased! I would gladly provide a recommendation for Austin Air!

					My tenant said the heater wasn't working. I called Austin Air and Nick the owner responded immediately. Although he was not able to make it out to the property the day I called he stayed in touch with me letting me know as his availability changed. He went to the property the following day, and worked on the heater. Apparently it was a minor thing that was not working, he fixed it and called me to tell me it was fixed and there was no charge. Wow....I was so impressed by this type of service and communication. Rare in this day to find honest, responsible and reliable workers. Thank you Nick and Austin Air!!

					Wow, great doing business with Nick. He was informative upon first email contact, not just the typical "It depends, call me." Showed up right away, diagnosed the problem, starting with the easiest first and quickly fixed it and solved the cause as well. He was also the lowest quote, by far but still ended up actually being well below his own quote since the solution was simpler than expected. I even asked for additional work that he said I didn't need. 100% honest guy! Austin Air is my go to HVAC guy now. Highly recommended.
