Recommended Thermostat Settings

Austin Air Heating and Air Conditioning recommends that during the summer months, you set your thermostat between 70-72 degrees.  During the winter months, the best temperature settings are going to be between 68-70.  This will help greatly in saving during both seasons on your home and business energy costs.

When to change the furnace filter?

Austin Air recommends changing the filter on your furnace every 3-6 months to extend the life of your furnace.  When your filter clogs up, this provides excess wear and tear on your furnace.  If you are unsure how to change your filter or what type of filter you need, contact us for assistance.
